Our Process

During our brand strategy phase, Nicole wrote: “I started with the idea of private practice years ago when I myself was seeing my therapist while completing graduate school. She was unapologetically supportive, and helped me unpack some of my own traumas & history. While sitting in grad school, it had all clicked. The relationship between client and therapist at times can help someone truly feel empowered to make their choices. I knew I would help people in the same way she helped me. Through my own therapeutic process, I learned how empowering people with pasts, relationships that may not positively serve them, or old thoughts dragging you from your true potential were all things I wanted to help others recognize and assist with.”

From there, I knew it was important to make potential clients see Nicole as someone who they could trust — someone who had been where they were. And to also communicate that Nicole is supportive, accepting, and empowering.

To do this, we decided to take some images outdoors to help give a more down-to-earth, relatable feel; some working shots to emphasize the virtual therapy and to also show the overall personality of Nicole when working with clients; and finally two workable headshots to use on Psychology Today, etc.
