This photoshoot was for an online clothing store. We wanted to emphasize movement and lived-in clothing and accessories. Rather than taking photos of the clothing and jewelry on a plain white backdrop, we decided that we wanted to give personality to the items and help the shopper envision how they could wear the clothes.
We hired two models and went to Rockaway Beach at sunrise. You’ll see as the gallery progresses, that the sun started to rise high in the sky, giving all the photos a different feel, yet tied together in consistency with one location.
